		<description>the Ab Rocket works wonderfully and you definitely feel the burn...
the only bad thing about it is that it works on springs so that you don&#039;t have to pull urself up and so after a while they sort of loosen 
that&#039;s the only problem i see with them and it does make noise due once again to the springs that it uses.....

		<description>6 sec abs truly works if u stick to it, i used it yrs back every day just few minutes but like 2 to 3 times a day and noticed diff in no time, you can prob even find a cheap one on ebay if you dont want to spend the money but they work so much faster then just doingcrunches, when i used it it was months after having sec child and my stomach looked better than ever, good luck ;)&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
