Anyways, just try the ab machines up there. Where I go there are tons. And they&#039;re all effective.
Those and legs raises that you can do on the leg-raise-ab contraption thing. And the leg raises you can do in the stirrups that hang from a bar..
Just try them and see which ones you like.
