Hi! Great video, and animations. Love it. I’m not a real big fan of crunches. They aren’t for fat burning, and they are too isolating. Think about it – your body is designed to move as an integrated whole, not one part at a time. Also, your abs are designed to stabilize the spine, so working them in a flexing motion, like crunches, serve no purpose in daily living. Work on full body, large muscle movements, like squats, push ups, step jumps, pull ups, etc and your abs will be worked as well.

I don’t know how many times exactly, but I think it’s a good idea to do it every 2nd day… For example you do it today, rest tommorow and then do it the next day.. Someone say if this is wrong, since I am gonna do like that. Hope this helps.

I’m actually pretty …
I’m actually pretty content with the results I’ve gained enough muscle mass after doing this for 3 months. But it’s a still long way to go, there is some body fat I must get rid off to upgrade my 4pack to a 6pack. I think most of us will only get a six pack if they do some cardio training like running or swimming.

Because they build …
Because they build up the musle over time, you wont get 6 pack abs showing if your even slightly over weight, if you was to pinch a body builders abs you wouldnt be able to pinch any fat at all.
