What can I do about ab exercises?

I am so frustrated I want a flatter stomach and I want to lose the fat I have in my stomach and I want to lose the lose handles.

I hate using the ab machine at the gym (24 hr Fitness) because I have to pull myself up and it hurts my neck, plus I don’t ever feel anything.

I was wondering if anyone has ever used the Ab Rocket or Ab Lounge and if any of those products actually work.

    6 sec abs truly works if u stick to it, i used it yrs back every day just few minutes but like 2 to 3 times a day and noticed diff in no time, you can prob even find a cheap one on ebay if you dont want to spend the money but they work so much faster then just doingcrunches, when i used it it was months after having sec child and my stomach looked better than ever, good luck ;)

    plain and simple: cardio. push yourself a couple times a week. don’t be lazy.

    the Ab Rocket works wonderfully and you definitely feel the burn…
    the only bad thing about it is that it works on springs so that you don’t have to pull urself up and so after a while they sort of loosen
    that’s the only problem i see with them and it does make noise due once again to the springs that it uses…..

    overall it is very effective but it does have its flaws
