i pulled a muscle on thursday in my hip… and i started doing this that monday… till that thursday… and now i can’t do this.

If you do it now, …
If you do it now, when you lose the extra weight you will already have the abs you’re trying to get. If you wait until you’ve lost the weight and then do it it, it’ll take much longer to reach your goal and it doesn’t hurt to do it now and it’s extra exercise so you might as well!
